A little advice would be grand... :)

I'll cut to the chase.. I drink wayyy too much soda! I've cut back & cut out a lot of foods that aren't so swell for me, but I am horrible at saying no to Mt. Dew.. ((I also attribute this to Circle K's $.69 fountain drinks in styrofoam cups)) How did some of you kick your lingering bad habits? Any advice would be certainly appreciated.. Thank you!

If you really like soda, just start making your own. They sell 0 calorie, unsweetened, carbonated water. Take that and add 1T to 1/4c of your favorite fruit juice and you have your own custom soda that's super low calorie and much better for you than the norm. Now... if you're on a caffeine kick from Mountain Dew, you might want to switch to coffee or tea (green or black). Use unsweetened almond milk for creamer and nix the sugar (use Stevia if you need sweetness). It really depends why you're drinking the soda. The first suggestion will give you a similar taste replacement, the second will feed your caffeine addiction.0
