Haha lol...Is your booty really the hardest part to go down on a woman? What exercises are you guys doing to make your butts smaller...not bigger?

I no longer want a "butt that stops traffic" haha.

  • Squats and Lunges... and to sneak in a bit of cardio.. I do the stairmaster.. one step at a time for two mins and then every other step for two mins.. I alternate for about 20 mins or so.

    Those things have helped me shrink my booty and tighten it up.

    Squats, lunges, sprints, and more squats. This may not make it smaller, since you are genetically gifted with a booty....but it will definitely make it tighter.

    You're just gonna have to keep losing body fat. I do squats and lunges and all it does is stick my butt out farther than before I lost weight. So I'm sure eventually it'll get smaller, the closer I get to goal...and probably beyond.

  • Well yeah its genetics, but I wore a size 7...and 8 but now i'm a ten. This woman told me yesterday that it would be impossible for me to keep losing there. I'm like..really? I got scared. A little booty is fine..but too much is nonsense. Not to mention my lower back..

    Fat loss will shrink your butt...heavy lifting will make it firm and round and perky. :) Easy-peasy!

    But I do tons of exercises for it such as squats, planks, etc.
