New to the site (1 week)

Just want to see if there are more people out here to help motivation. I am pretty good with the whole food thing (except yesterday blew all my points on McDonalds), and I would like to get more people on here to motivate and be motivated. I started with a personal trainer a few months ago and am reshaping. The last week, I lost 7 pounds and I will reweigh myself on Monday. Its a good thing to lose!
