    Are you trying to gain? Try more calorie dense foods, so you're eating less and won't feel as full, but will still reach your goal.
  • Full fat cheese and mil would help! No exploding xD

    are you trying to gain? if not, if you aren't hungry, you don't have to eat all your calories... my husband needs to gain and he is in that space where he feels like he is gorging himself

    Great diary! I'm jealous of all your calories. Try whole milk, and whole eggs instead of whites....tomorrow, that is.

    ewww of course I am trying to lose, but after being on my 1390 cal. diet.. If I eat more then 1500 I feel like I will blow up.... But I guess thats great for me!!

    I'm defiantly trying to gain, muscle mass that is. Thus all good clean calories and a good lifting routine, Rippetoe's Starting Strength. (Squats, Deadlifts, Pendlay Rows, Overhead Presses, and Bench Press) If you read my profile, you'll know why...:) Thanks all!
