I don't know if this is all Target stores or not, but at one of the Target's near me I found at the end of an aisle
near underwear/loungewear, all the shelves had cute panties and thongs and tights for $1.50 (panties) and $3.50 (tights)...which for those of you who buy them here know it's really discounted! I cleaned up!!
