I began this journey at the end of May and have learned so much along the way. The next challenge will be maintaining.:happy:

    Wow, wow, wow!!!!! Well done!!!!! I guess to maintain you just need to up your calories accordingly and carry on with the exercise. Now you know how to log your calories, I can't see you sliding.
