    thanks! workout 4 to 6 days a week... 2 HIIT training and rest cardio (c25k training)

    1890cal but don't eat back my exercise

    I'm very proud! :) never thought it was possible to lose weight but with MFP and my MFP friends, showed me it is very possible!
