Calories consumed - exercise calories = net calories0

Your calories consumed are calories you have eaten in the day. Your net calories is the difference between how many calories you are allowed to eat for the day (plus any exercise calories you earned that day) and how many you actually consumed.
so you'll see your regular calories
+ exercise calories (because you burned calories, you have more available to consume)
- calories you ate
= net calories for the day
hope that made sense??0
