Hello everyone,

My name is Carissa and I am happy to be here. I have just started today and I'm making my way through all the different features. I like how the program counts calories and exercises. I think this is really going to help me. I lost about 30 pounds in the last year or so, but I have put back on about 10 pounds, which sucks. I have been eating too much junk and chocolate. I tend to gain weight really fast from chocolate.

What else?? Ummm, I'm married, 34 yrs old as of tomorrow, no kids, have some pets and live on Vancouver Island. :)
Thats all for now!

I am also new here, and I love it. I can't wait to read more blogs they are really inspirational. I am 33 years old married with three children. Thought I weighed around 180, went to dr to get on weight loss pill and I weighed 207lbs!!! Well that was 4/23/09. I don't have scales at home yet, but I am weighing in at drs office May 19. I am taking the phentermine weight loss pill, have been since 4/23/09. Seems to have curbed my appetite but I need to exercise still. I haven't changed what I eat yet, just the amounts. Is it possible to drink too much water? I remember someone saying you could wash away your eloctrolytes. I am drinking atleast 5-6 32 ounces of water a day. So, can't wait to get to know everyone and good luck! Stephanie. P.S. I'm from southern Illinois, anyone else?

I have tried the phentermine before and yes it worked very well, but when I got off of it I gained back everything I lost and then some. I am trying so hard to stay away from quick fixes and actually eat right and exercise more because I really want to keep the weight off for good. I hope the phentermine works better for you.
