Anyone Trying to Gain Mass/Muscle--I'm here!

Hi, I just started this and am not necessarily losing weight (been thru that course of my journey) But am looking for any tips, input, feed back, or all around support for building muscle, maintaining mass. Just all around trying to get strong. I've been doing this for a couple years so if anyone would like information or can give some, then lets do this!

I'd like to gain muscle/mass but my work schedule prevents me from really going to the gym these days. This is only temporary due to my line of work. When I have some time off I'll be working on mass but for now I'm just trying to lose some weight, 190~ ->165/170. Good luck to you. Sorry I half jacked your thread as an introduction myself.0
