A year later with my granddaughter at church this morning!

I'm still 12 pounds from my first goal weight, but it's amazing how much a year can do!

    Never in a million years did I think losing weight would taste so good! My husband told a friend yesterday he eats like a king and has also lost 46 pounds... There is no need to suffer while doing this! And I'm glad I found a place and friends to share this journey with!

    Now if I could just do those chaturangas.....
