Hello Everyone!!
I need some ideas for snacks? I'm getting tired of the veggies with dip or with hummus in the afternoon.
I usually bring a hard boiled egg or deli meat with a banana for my morning snack, but looking for some healthy ideas for the afternoon. Thanks so much!!

-Savory oatmeal (oatmeal with mushrooms, garlic powder and whatever other veggies you're in the mood for)
-Laughing cow cheese with fruit, vegetables or crackers
-Nuts
-Cooked apple with cinnamon (it tastes indulgent)
-Sugar free jello or jello pudding
-Peanut butter and banana
I'll post more as I think of them0 -
