C25K question? Please help!

I just did my last run for week 4 and I had to keep stopping and slowing down which is weird b/c my previous runs on week 4 were fine - should I rerun week 4 before I move on to week 5 or just continue as scheduled and start week 5 after a day of rest?

Personally I would say do the Week 4 run again until you're ready to move on to Week 5. The reason I say this is because the programme is supposed to help you build up your stamina and pace and if you push yourself too hard before you're ready you risk not only HATING the whole process (very counter-productive), but injuring yourself as well.
Just my two cents. (I'm doing it too, by the way).0 -
I would redo week 4. Even if the run where you needed to stop was a fluke, you will be more than ready for week 5.0

I've just finished week 4 and had almost exactly the same problem. I'm going to try week 5 but not be too hard on myself if I can't do it and have to drop back to week 40

Thanks you all!! I think I will rerun week 4 until I can get through without stopping. Now I am nervous to think about if I can get all the way to week 9 - yikes- that is a straight run-- wish me luck0
