I have to admit that I always knew that watching what you eat is hard to do but I had no idea how hard it is try to bring back your eating habits to where they once where! For years I think I had not really paid attention to my habits, patterns, and trends but something has recently made me really take my health seriously! I'll just say it's been "interesting" to start recording what I actually eat. I should let someone I trust look at my entries but I'm not ready for that. Anyone else feel guilt when they first start out and get hit with the reality of what they have been doing for far too long? I'm very optimistic that I can do this! It's just going to be really tough! Add me if you want, I know I could use the support and I"m guessing you need it to!

No need to feel guilty, just consider it as a hard lesson learned and get ready to move forward! I have been at this since September and for me, the first month was the hardest. There are a lot of good people on here so friend as many as you can, you can always weed them out later if they don't seem to be a good fit for you. Good luck on your new path!0
