    Burn more than 3000 calories for the week, or as many as you can (some weigh less and would have a hard time making that mark). Make it a personal best if you can!

    I am at 1113, but that doesn't include my C25K session from today or my Zumba class tonight, which will bump it up a bit!

    Okay it's been pretty easy thus far maintaining 114 and I know that I'll be the same next friday, but the problem starts that weekend. Christmas weekend. We need to extend this to the first of the year for more accountability. I know that I'm gonna be around lots of goodies next weekend and hate the thought of messing up.

    My total now is 2,305, think it will be my final total, might not have made it to the 3,000 but pretty sure it is my personal best :) Hoping for a lose on the scale tomorrow, any amount will do.
