I usually have baby carrots or celery sticks for a snack and a tbsp of my Omega 3-6-9 oil.0 -
baby carrots are great. I have found that slices of cucumber to be a nice snack too0

If veges don't float your boat try miso soup, low in calories but has a really full flavour that I find tides me over until my next meal. It's a little bit high in sodium though...0

or both.. haha
