cals burnt 30ds lvl 2

i just got a new HRM (it has a chest strap and watch part decent brand was around $120) and used it for the first time during 30ds today
I'm around 266 lbs around 64 inches tall female, 29 yrs old
i've put all that in my HRM it told me i burnt 393 calories during 30ds!
I was amazed because id be guessing around 190 cals
I must say i do sweat alot during it and i push my self as hard as i can

what do u burn during 30ds?

    I weigh 190lbs now, and I usually burn anything from 180 to 230 calories.

    I would say your HRM is right, especially if your sweating lots and pushing yourself like you said :)

    My Polar FT4 tells me I burn like 269 calories doing 30ds?.... I hope it's not over estimating my burn....
