So I started MFP almost a month ago and have been diligent on my food and caloric intake (not so much exercise). I've lost about 10 lbs but can't see a difference. Anyway, I went to Lane Bryant yesterday to buy a white collared shirt for a photography session, and my usual 18/20 size was swimming on me. I tried on a 14/16 and it fit!! (Ok, the stomach fit perfectly....the boobs were pulling and stretching the fabric, but I consider that a problem a lot of girls would like to have). It totally gave me motivation to continue on this journey!
