How to measure frame size

I thought this was kind of cool. The only way to measure frame size that Ive known of was the ol' wrapping your fingers around your wrist. This is a different way. Gives you a chart to check what frame size you are too

Thanks for posting this. Determining your frame size is important when trying to figure out the healthy weight range for a person and takes out much of the guess work. As always, consult your doctor, but this is a great place to get an idea then go from there. :happy:0
