Looking for easy protein bar or protein ball recipes!

I am looking for EASY and QUICK recipes to make HOMEMADE protein bars and/or protein ball recipes. The less # of ingredients, the better! Peanut butter? Oatmeal/oats? protein whey? honey?

    Sounds like you have your own already! I used all natural PB (no preservatives) oats and mixed. You can also use raisins, and maybe crush some almonds with a blender and add those.

    protein powder
    oats
    dried cranberries
    slivered almonds
    honey or agave nectare
    peanut butter
    dark chocolate chips
    fat free milk
    stevia

    mix all these together and refrigerate for 2 hours cut into bars.

    I just made these. I found the recipe earlier this week with someone asking the same question. They turned out really good. I was able to make 10 balls.


    3/4 cup peanut butter
    1/4 cup honey
    1 scoop chocolate or vanilla protein powder
    1/2 cup raw oats
    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and form into small 1" balls. Place in the fridge for a few hours and then enjoy.
