Exercise Ball at work?

I am thinking of using an exercise ball instead of a chair at my desk at work. Does anybody else do this? Does it work?

    Hello Anna,

    I have an use an exercise ball instead of an office chair since July. I absolutely love it. Keep in mind that at first you will feel it working your lower back as well as your abs and you might want to use the ball only for an hour or so at a time until you feel more comfortable. Now, I wouldn't trade it. Remember, the larger the exercise ball, the easier it will be to maintain your balance.

    Awesome, thank you! I think I will start off slow...at this point I'm just hoping I don't roll off of it everytime I try to sit down :-) Does it matter how much air I put in it?
