treadmill search!

So I bought a brand new treadmill from walmart, the gold gym brand about $300, it came cracked, and broken. What a hassle too to return it! I'm sure it was damaged on the truck, since the box looked like it took a beating. But also calling the gold gyms customer service, they ,mentioned replacement parts run from 30-60 day wait!!! So i'm tempted again to buy a treadmill. I did look on craigs list, but people want $200 for their treadmill thats 5 years old! There is another treadmill at walmart for 287$ Weslo brand. Does anyone have this brand of treadmill? And i cant afford to spend anything more that $300. Thanks!!

    Do you have the box and receipt still? I know it would be a hassle to return it but if you want a new one so soon, you might want to do that... they're usually good about taking things back if you have the receipt and the box still... =)
    Otherwise, I have no idea. =) I just thought I'd share what I know... and that's about it. =)

    oh yes, I took it back with no problems, it was just a hassle to fit into a compact car! lol

    At that price point, I suggest you look at some used models.
