what do you think?
The correct answer is "whatever you enjoy enough to consistently do".0 -
I noticed I drop more weight when I run/jog.0

my current favorite is the Stairmill... we call it 'the gauntlet' or 'the mean machine'
I have really been wanting to try a jacob's ladder.
But I agree with Ron, the best is the one you will do consistently.0 -
I agree with doing something that suits you but my favorite is HIIT in the form of kickboxing and treadmill intervals.0

There is a difference inbetween "best" and what you will actually do. Actually doing cardio > than trying something that's the "best" and then not actually doing it because you hate it.
But I jumprope. I don't like running that much so this is the next best thing. Works my calves, burns tons of calories and I can do it in the cardio room with my music blarring. (workout room is empy when I go and I can hook up my iPhone to the speakers)0 -
Our bodies were designed to run. But the best workout is the one that you'll do. So find something you enjoy!0

Best cardio for me is Tae Bo.0

I agree that the best cardio exercise is one you enjoy doing.
I hate running... and I always will hate it.. I think it's stupid and pointless. Get me on a treadmill doing intervals while walking, and I could walk forever. So to me, walking is best but it will vary from person to person.0
