Hello everyone! :-D

I am new to Myfitnesspal but I have been using the app for about 2 weeks now. It has really help me control my calorie intake. I look forward to connecting with you all and hopefully gain some motivation.

I am 6' 00" and currently weigh around 191 lbs but my goal is to drop down to ~180ish. I used to weigh around 245lbs at one point in my life but that was a long time ago. I have maintained my weight between 194 to 200 lbs for the last 4 or so years but I would really like to drop down to 180. I have really been working out hard over the last month and I have lost several inches around my gut but I would like to become a little more ripped in my abdominal area.

I work out about 4 to 5 days a week and I am in pretty good shape overall but my biggest hurdle is a lack of calories. Due to my profession I may skip breakfast and lunch and end up eating a super heavy dinner right before I go to sleep. This obviously plays havoc on my metabolism. The myfitnesspal app has really helped out with my calorie intake though. It just seems as though I have hit a plateau big time.

    we are in the same boat bro. im 5'11 and trying to get to 175' .i was at 240 long ago and cant get below 193'.im always between 193 and 200. mfp is great and has helped me to be more aware of my eating. ill add you up .never hurts to have good people to learn from. good luck your on mfp so your on the right path to making it happen.
