Calories - followed closely by Sodium and Carbs (especially empty sugar laden carbs)0

Out of all of those I'd prefer to not go over calories. Next up is carbs. I don't worry that much about sodium.0

I just care about calories.
I have a huge problem with sugar but I'm not ready to tackle that just yet.0 -
calories although sodium would be next only becasue it makes me bloat...0

ditto, It took a lot for me to tackle my sugar problem and I had to cut out a lot of things in my regular diet. Starting to drink only water and tea really helped. It is hard but doable when you are ready of course lol0 -

Sulphur which is mainly in eggs and cabbage, ever smelled a sulphur fart? Now imagine letting one loose in a room filled with people.0 -

I watch everything as close as possible. Calories are definitely number 1, followed by sugar, fats, carbs, sodium.0

For me, the worst thing to go over in is calories because my goal is fat loss. If I were not trying to lose fat, then I would say sodium, because I don't want to have to drink more water to keep from bloating everyday. Carbs are not my enemy, I actually love them. I don't care if I go over my carbs as long as I am within my calorie goal because carbs do not make you fat. Excess calories do.0 -

This made me giggle so bad! xD0 -
Well if you are losing weight it's always going to be calories, but for me it's sodium. It just makes me feel icky. Since i'm pretty good about only eating when i'm hungry, going over in calories obviously means my body just needed a little more fuel. And I don't think I ever go over in carbs, I'd rather go for protein. Interesting question though!0

I watch carbs & sugar as well as stay around 1300 calories per day. I feel the worst when I've eaten too much sugar and carbs.0
