chicken stirfry! not sure why I don't make stir fry's more often....great way to get in lots of veggies :smile:

I am also making baked rice, yummo!!

    I'm jealous!!! Sushi is my favorite!!!

    It's going to be a light night for me - veggies (baby carrots, broccoli, sugar snap peas, cauliflower) with hummus.
  • chicken breast, quinoa, and butternut squash yummmmmmmm
  • My go-to, I don't feel like REALLY cooking meal: grilled teriyaki chicken, mixed asian veggies (frozen steamable kind), and steamed brown rice. Probably around 400 calories or so depending on how much sauce I use.
