I love the chicken and broccoli Hot Pockets, but I am trying to stay away from prepared foods and eat as fresh as possible. I made these tonight as an experiment and they turned out great! I used pita bread, but you could wrap the mixture in biscuit dough or crescent rolls if you prefer. The recipe is for 1 pita loaf. It could serve two, but I ate the whole thing 'cause I eat like that. It packs a serious protein punch and tastes delicious.

0.25 cup plain Greek yogurt (I used Chobani)
1 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese, finely grated
3 oz. cooked chicken breast, cut up into small-ish pieces
1 cup broccoli, cooked and cut up into small pieces
Seasoning to taste (I used some Mrs. Dash and black pepper)

Combine all the ingredients. You might have to nuke the mixture for about 10 seconds to warm it a little more. Fill your split pita with mixture and nosh.
