It's below 30F and windy, what do you wear to exercise outdo

It's been very cold here lately and I don't deal well with cold (burns my nose, can't feel my hands, etc). What do you wear on cold days/nights for walking or running outdoors?

Yoga pants, SmartWool socks, tee shirt, a light LL Bean fleece. Lightweight Polartec gloves and hat. Typically I get warm enough to take my gloves off a couple miles in.0

I invested in Under Armour tops and bottoms that really help (NFL players wear them). I also use hand and toe warmers. Dress in layers when you will be exercising outside.0

Layer up!
Example-
Long sleeve thermal shirt
T-shirt
Hoodie
Fleece on top if you're still cold.
Personally, I don't recommend yoga pants below 30 degrees F. The wind will go right through them and you'll be freezing! Invest in a good pair of thermal pants if it usually gets that cold in winter.0
