    when i was little i liked cottage cheese mixed with salsa and some pita chips. very yummy. sadly as i got older i out grew my love for cottage cheese and now i cant stand even the smell of it.

    I put cottage cheese on baked sweet potatoes. It's actually what I plan to have for dinner tonight.

    I eat my cottage cheese the same as several of you. The only way I eat it that I haven't read is on a pile of lettuce with salt, pepper, spicy mustard, and a can of tuna. Very yummy!

    I like fresh fruit mixed in a spring mix salad with CC; also, I have substituted ricotta cheese with CC making lasagna - not bad.
    I do this all the time. CC is so much cheaper and lower in calories than ricotta.

    That's what my mother always used. Had no idea about ricotta until I was older.
