Back on MFP - Need help with nutrition stuff

Hi
I was on MFP a while ago, but as usual (in my case at least) I fell off the wagon and fell into really bad eating habits.
By bad eating habits, I mean I'd eat nothing all day and then end up eating something bad at night - definitely not good! Suffice it to say I'm feeling bloated and lethargic and am in need of a balanced, regular eating pattern.
I was just wondering what people thought to my diary - and any pointers generally on staying motivated throughout the process. I get bored easily, and although (like today) I feel like I'm eating a lot, calorifically I'm actuallly not. Maybe this is because my body isn't used to it? I don't want to go into starvation mode (which I think is why I've gained weight recently due to my body not knowing where it's next meal is coming from) on what I'm eating at the moment.
Argh, I'm getting confused and frustrated!
All advice happily accepted!

Try incorporating more fiber and protein in your diet. Also try to eat at least 1200 calorie each day. Record whatever you put in your month and you will achieve your goal weight in no time.

Looks like you need way more calories and way more protein. If you can't eat much try doing protein shakes or smoothies with full fat dairy and protein powder in them.0
