I weigh regardless and just look at overall progress in the long term.

There are times I weigh 4 pounds more on my period...and than like 5 days later I'm back down to my normal weight. I still weigh on my weigh day when I am on my period...I just don't record it. It just helps me be really good, because I really don't want that bigger number to stay. it helps remind me to keep doing good or I will see that (PERIOD) weight if I'm not careful.

    ^ ^ This ^ ^

I can go up and down by 8lbs... so I KNOW it's water weight. But I'm in the habit of recording every Saturday morning so I just keep going.
  • I don't, because I'm already emotional enough during that time, I don't need to upset myself more! hahaha I'd say go for it if you want to, as long as you know it wont be entirely accurate :)
  • You've heard right....wait! You definitely get massive bloatation during your period...
  • I take a whole week off from weighing. It's nice, too, because I don't obsess about weight. I know the higher number would freak me out. Also, when I do finally weigh myself - it's nice to see a bigger drop since it's been a while.

If I weighed while I had my period I would just be sad.

I get bloated before my period. By 5 days in, I've typically lost most of that. Be good to weigh yourself for a few months before/during/after to know how your body deals with it.

What i found from experience is I always gain due to excess water weight etc etc
Don't stress over it cause it will cause you wanting to munch/snack/eat
What I do is drink more water then I usually do even up to 16 glasses a day
Helps when your period is over and done with, at least does to me :)
