Food database question

Hi,
are the entries in the food database for cooked food?
For example, when it says for Generic- Chicken Breasts, 4 oz. is 110 calories.
Is this 4oz. of already baked chicken? (I'm hoping its this one)
Or is this 4 oz. of raw chicken before baking?
Thanks,
Jonathan

I don't believe it matters whether or not it's raw or cooked, unless you use oil or anything else while preparing it. When I cook food, (if I use olive oil or anything) I just log how much I used of that separately.0

Who knows, most of the items have been entered by users, so it could be anything.
You'll find that there are entries for cooked and raw chicken (and lots of other stuff), so search for "chicken breast grilled" or chicken breast cooked" or "Chicken breast roast" or "chicken breast raw" and you'll find what you need.0 -
