So I have been kind of bummed that I did not have a good set of before and after pictures to post on here.

I know there are some out there from earlier this year but I untagged them on Facebook (they were on friends' profiles).
I guess I didn't like them haha

Today I had to pull out my license for something and I realize that I have had a pretty major before picture with me the whole time.
Such a scary facial comparison.

On this 2+ year old ID was a person I barely recognized.
Puffy, Round face... the weight says 185 but I know damn well I lied by over 20 pounds.

Check my profile for all the stages of face pics I am finding. I will keep adding them sequentially here.

    I started weighing myself September 1st and was at 200.
    I now weigh just under 174.

    Most importantly though is my measurements have changed drastically. My clothing sizes have changed drastically.
    And after really looking at old pictures of my face, my overall looks have improved.
