Am unsure of what to do or think

I don't really know what I should do, lately I have been so tired and feeling out of sorts and can't really eat anything without feeling sick and wanting to throw up so am not sure what to think or do. :(

Could you be pregnant? Nausea & general tiredness can be early signs. Tiredness could also be sign of aneamia. Personally, I'd do a pregnancy test first........then make appointment to see the Dr to rule out anything else.....you'll need to see him anyway if your test is positive. :flowerforyou:

I would suggest seeing your doctor. The only times I have had these symptoms for a period of time was when I was pregnant.

I'm kind of in that same spot. But most of the time. My husband recommended rest and light activity.

I have recently seen a specialist and everything was fine, I had a blood test done in August and that came back negative for pregnancy, I had been feeling ok for a while but just these last couple of weeks I have been really tired again and struggling to eat because I feel so sick, I guess it's possible that I could be pregnant but I am so unsure. Am over all these issues with my health. :( Any other suggestions on what I should do and I have a doctors appointment again on the 28th but I don't really know what she will say or do.:(

spend some time outdoors a lot of people feel a bit like this at this time of year due to lack of daylight (seasonal affective disorder). but i would certainly speak to your doctor

Definitely see your doctor. If it's not physical and isn't to do with changes to your diet and exercise, it could be some form of depression, or as whiskey says, SAD from the dark days. Certainly when I was depressed I had no appetite or energy. Hope you find a solution :flowerforyou:

It sound much like early pregnancy symptoms but you could also have a tummy bug. Do you have any other pregnancy symptoms like sore breasts, a heightened sense of smell? August is quite a long time ago for a pregnancy test if you have had unprotected sex in the last few weeks. I got sick when I was pregnant with my daughter even before I had a positive test, even before my period was due. Good luck and I hope you feel better soon.

I guess it could be a bug, my breasts are a bit tender but I just blamed that on sleeping on my stomach for too long and my sense of smell has been playing up in other words some things smell funny and make me want to throw up or actually throw up. Yeah I know but I am on the pill though it's not actually working. Thanks and I hope so too otherwise Christmas Eve and Christmas Day are not going to be good for me.

I think you need to take a home pregnancy test soon. If you leave it too long and you are pregnant you only have a small window of time to do something about it if that is the course you want to take. 20 is still young to have a baby and although I take my hat off to young women who cope so well, its not for everyone. Good luck in your choices and your ongoing health.
