Goal Weight Target

Hello, I've been thinking lately about what weight I actually want to get down to. When I started trying to lose weight I was at 386lbs in Jan 2010. I've been holding around 260 (give or take a few pounds) since March 2011. I need to figure out what I want to get down to.

Any suggestions on a healthy weight to try to maintian?

Any input is appreciated. Thanks!

    Don't sweat it just yet. Most of us pick a random number and feel differently about it when we get near our goal. I picked a number smack in the middle of my healthy weight according to various charts, websites, BMI, etc. but always reserved the right to change my goal when I got close to the number. You never know what your body composition will be when you get there (muscle vs fat) or at what point you will decide you are happy with your size.

    at your height i would probably aim for about 170 - 190 highest but it's totally upto you and what weight you feel most comfortable. congratulations on your progress so far. that is a fantastic achievement.
