    good job.....maybe there is a way for you to eliminate the processed food and make more room for fresh stuff this may curb cravings and make it easier a whole cucumber is only 35 calories i dip it in vinegar...and a huge bowl of spinach with dressing is like only 50

    the corn chips were organic so I guess the shredded wheat was the only thing in a box
