Turbo Jam

Options
Anyone that has tried Turbo Jam before...
How did you like it?
Is there a lot of jumping? We live in an apartment so we have to keep the "jumping" to a minimum.
Did you see results?
Did you get bored with it?

Thanks :-)

Not really "jumping".... I have fun with it, but I'm not good at following a plan for a set period of time, so haven't actually completed the program.

I started it a week ago nd I love it. There are low impact modifications to reduce jumping, but there are a ton of kicks.

She modifies everything in TJ. You don't have to jump at all. I never did.

I started doing Turbo Jam about 4 years ago. I had a lot of success with it for initial weight loss and getting fit. I would rate it novice to intermediate. You ad the weighted gloves and it definately kick it up a notch. As to jumping around that is totally up to you. You can keep it low impact or take it high. Landing should always be like a cat vs. an elephant so I can't say there is 'jumping around' with the right landing techniques. I really found a fairly quick definition in my arms, obliques and lower back..not to mention Chalene is fun!! I highly recommend it starting out. My 2 cents
