well i was disappointed this AM when i didnt lose any weight.. however, i put on a coat that i haven't worn in about 2 weeks and it was loose on my hips, YAY!!
my 2nd NSV was i just ran/jogged for 15 mins! i have NEVER done that in my entire life! im so proud of myself, lol! i never even lasted for 3mins back in high school gym class, LOL!

That's awesome! it's a big deal when you feel fit enough to actually run, I can't handle much running right now but I'll be super excited when I can lol0
