Macronutrient balanced meal ideas?

So a trainer at my gym suggested I try the following ratio of macros to lean out some (although I have been losing a steady 1 lb a week). I figured it might be worth trying for a week or two just to see if I notice a difference, but I'm honestly overwhelmed attempting to create meals / snacks that follow this (funny this overwhelms me and calories seem so simple)
20% fat - 9 grams per meal
30% protein - 33 grams per meal
50% carbs - 55 grams per meal
I'd appreciate any ideas you guys have thanks
