So, I've lost 41 lbs in the last year and a half. I took some time off to try and maintain during busy times with work and school). I know this is major loss, and something to be really proud of, but sometimes I look at my reflection and think I look exactly the same as I did at 220 lbs! Yeah, yeah, it's totally illogical but, that's what my brain for ya... anyway, I recorded my new measurements today and wanted to share them as motivation and a reminder that sometimes I can't see my own change in the mirror and that I need data and numbers to convince me that I'm different now!

note: some of these dates are really funky, because I started MFP two years ago at my highest weight and didn't get serious until just over a year ago... anyway.....

height: 5'3"

neck:
09/23/09 - 15"
12/13/11 - 14"
-1 inch!

waist (smallest point):
09/23/09 - 40"
12/13/11 - 34"
-6 inches!

hips:
09/23/09 - 45.5"
12/13/11 - 40"
-5.5 inches!

upper arms:
09/13/09 - 16"
12/13/11 - 13"
-3 inches!

thighs:
11/21/10 - 26"
12/13/11 - 24"
-2 inches!

chest under boobs:

-3 inches!

total: 31" lost! :D
