Hey MFP! So I started my journey this yr at my heaviest,242 lbs,i knew I had to change something after breaking the toilet seat,yes very embarassing!! I honestly couldn't have done it with out the help of all my wonderful friends that stay on me about my calories and working out! With dedication and of course some rough days I am 61 lbs lighter,hoping to see 150 by next yr..so here are some pics,if they are to big,i apoligize,im using the photobucket app on my phone and have no idea how to resize:)
