Me and the boyfriend had Thai last night, it was sooo good! And you think Thai you think healthy right? Wrong. I haven't had soo much fried food in soo long. It was good, but the unfried curry it came with was so much better. Next time I'm opting for curry only.
Who else loves Thai? And how would you rate chicken curry on a health scale?
Also a few days ago me & the S/O made funfetti cupcakes ((also yum)) BUT ate one everyday for the last three days until they were gone. Honestly I like Thai much more than funfetti, but it's soo much harder throwing cupcakes out than dinner leftovers.
I did throw the frosting out because I know I will skim off of it throughout the day if it is around.. Oh well.
Random rant... Thanks for listening

I LOVE Thai food but haven't had it since joining MFP. I have no self control around peanut sauce and pad thai and dumplings and.... so I"ve been staying away. Now I really want some pad thai, though!0

Oh, god, I would kill for some curry. I cannot explain how deeply I love curry...0

Might not be the healthiest option, but it's lightened up a bit so you can have it on occasion guilt-free!0 -
Tom yum soup is healthy... some of there stir fries too... All in moderation is the key. Of cause you wouldnt eat the fried entrees every night but once in while why not... Crack a nice bottle of white wine to go with it...0

Thai food is my absolute favourite, followed by Indian and most asian cuisines (as long as their are no fried bugs or chicken feet involved).
Only a sometimes food though Everything in moderation of couse, and that HAS to include the occasional curry gluttony!0 -
Pad See Ew is one of my all time favorite meals. I get it as a treat from this amaaaaazing Thai restaurant near the school where I work. It really isn't bad if I split it into two meals0

My fav is the garlic pepper chicken or the green curry fried rice. The place we order from also has fantastic grilled salmon (had that tonight!). I try to avoid the creamy curries, but love some spice to the meal, the green curry fried rice has the curry spiciness without the coconut cream and peanut sauce.

I looove Thai food!~ Probably one of my favorites. I love green curry over rice, or pad thai, and tom yum soup. Yes, some of the dishes are high in fat, and carbs, which turns to fat if you don't burn it off. And I'm not the kind of person who likes to SKIMP on something good. So most the time I don't allow myself to eat it that much, plus, it can be pricey for my budget0
