I am so glad to have connected with so many friends here on MFP and value the diversity.
It's been great!
And if there are any guys who have reach initial weight goals but now seek peak fitness, please consider Adding me.
I lost 62 lbs and transformed not only my body but life. I still look at old pictures and myself in the mirror and can't believe it.
I did it!
And so many of you know this very feeling, and some are well on their way. Let's support one another, share info and work on this goal toward peak fitness AT ANY AGE!

yep, love the attitude!
Definitely aiming for peak fitness. A long term goal of mine is to get close to the muscle up world record & rope climb in 1min world record. Only about half way there on each at the momentEvery day become 1% better than yesterday!

It's been great, and I do not want to lose momentum which is why I re-set my goals high.

Great job guys!!! Push it hard every day!!! I need to get over my plateau!!! Changing it up so I am get this thing moving down!!! "Thing" = Scale......hate that word!!! HAHA0

im in! keep hitting the gym hard, master the nutrition and have lots of rest! you will be at your peak in no time!
my aims are to add 10-15kg of lean mass next year! i wont really be peak fitness but il look it ! hehe
