My name is Tony and I have lost over 220 pounds since last year, and maintained the loss for over 2 months now. Weight loss is not easy, neither is waking up at 4:45am to go to the gym, but both are very rewarding!!

    Tony that is GREAT progress. :smile: You have really restored my faith that I can lose the last 79 lbs; if I just stay patient and keep working out and eating right. I needed to lose 110 and I've successfully lost 31 of them. I am very proud of you. Keep up the good work!!!

    I love Tony's website - he posted on MFP right after I started here in March - WOW - I was so inspired! The changes that he made in his life are really amazing! It's proof that you really CAN do this if you put your mind to it.
