Worst Tasting Protein Shake

Bioceuticals Aminoplex - it's a practitioner prescribed rice protein which honestly is like drinking burnt chalk (I imagine).

Making me gag a little just thinking about it. I'm still finishing it, under protest :sick:

Probably my Soya Protein Powder. It's absolutley vile, I have a severe dairy allergy so I can't have anything with dairy in it, it has to be soy or something equally disgusting. I even have to mix it with soy milk, but I've found coconut milk is the best. Still awful, I almost have to hold my nose drinking it.

Yes! That was the very first protein I had tried. It took a long time to recover from it.

Target brand vanilla is also vile.
