Calorie intake's been low

I've been assigned to around 1300 calories, but I've been watching my food closely unlike I usually do. According to my logs I usually only reach around 800-900 calories/ day. In this case I am not that active because I have 2 jobs and go to college full time. Any suggestions as to what can help boost my calorie intake but not put me overboard with fat, protein, etc?

    Thanks a lot! That sounds like some great suggestions. I guess I just need to take some time to set aside and prepare all of that. Because I know if I dont break things dont enough like with snacks and such I'm dying to get home and eat!

    I have an issue with calorie too. I've been assigned 1,100 and not counting I only hit around 800 and the app won't let me close it for the day
