Better for FAT LOSS?, P90X or Insanity?

Which one of these is better for actual fat loss? One seems focused on strength and another seems focused on jumping and cardio. I need to lose about 20 pounds and already have some muscle on me because I lift weights regularly. So, anyone know some good info or have experience with this?

I would say Insanity coupled with a balanced diet is your best bet. P90X has good cardio on the plyometrics day, but a lot of it is strength training. Insanity is...well, insane and keeps your heart rate up the entire time. Good luck!!0

Insanity! it's a killer work out. I grab for air even on the resistance work out.
The 1st month, the work out is only 40 minutes including the warm up and cool down.0 -
Both work really well.0

Exercise works on your muscle strength or muscle endurance, or both. Fat loss comes from calorie deficit.

If you're in REALLY good shape, I'd go with Insanity because it's very high intensity. I've done both (not faithfully every day) but I started with P90X. It's a great work out, and yes you get results! Tony Horton is annoying - but once you know what you're doing, you can turn off the yapping.
Once P90X is done, you can definitely step it up to insanity. They're both great!0 -
I wonder which one increases caloric deficit more.0
