I've been struggling with losing 15 pounds for about a year now. I will lose two, then eat like a mad person and gain3-5. I'm hoping with support from this site and tracking what I eat and how much I work out, I will see progress and this will keep the inner food monster inside from ruining my progress. :)

  • sure you can do it 16 pounds not that hard to lose; 1. make a plan, 2. write on your calendar start date of your journey to lose these 16 pounds 3. learn from friends and the internet how to fill your food diary with healthy food that benefit your body with less calories. 4. post your food diary so friends can learn from you too. 5. believe in yourself that you can do it put this in your mind every time you want to eat unhealthy food say the joy to stay a way from this e.g icream or chocolate bigger and last more than when you eat.
