When I sweat so much it's dripping off my chin, I'm a much HAPPIER person the rest of the day. AND the exercise calories, of COURSE!!
love this too! Sounds like my lunchtime run!0 -
I like the post-workout state of tired relaxation. I like advancements (lifting more and more!)
I also like eating more, and an excuse to drink chocolate milk. Nom.0 -
Because I know it helps me reach my goals to look better, feel great and live long.
And it's an activity that I enjoy, because I choose to do the things I enjoy; it's not work but play.0 -
Exercising makes it easier for me to keep up with my 3 year old. I feel like I can get down on the floor to play with her now, as opposed to just watching from the couch. I can't wait for spring to come so we can play outside and ride bikes together.
Also, I usually do pilates in the morning, and I love the way it energizes me for my day, especially when I have a lot to accomplish at work.0 -

1- the Endorphins elevate my mood
2- I get to drink wine and cheat on dessert and not exceed my daily calorie allowance
3- I love being able to fit into a size 8
4- I love the muscle tone, especially in my legs
5- I am improving my overall health
6- I sleep better at night.
What's not to like? Why doesn't everyone do it?0 -
It makes me feel more like myself -- not so negative or slow. The energy boost is such a blessing!
The increasing strength, speed and agility in my everyday life is priceless!
Now, if I could just get that scale to budge!0
