I made this last night, it was aweeeeeesome. My five year old even loved it. The pesto was really good, I'd make extra so you can use it for other things too.
Tonight we're having homemade sweet potato fries and morningstar black bean burgers. Yum!!!0 -

My favorite quick and easy and yummy meal is tortilla pizza.
Just spread pizza sauce on a low fat tortilla, sprinkle with cheese, onions (any veggies you like), fold over and pan fry (use light spray of Pam)
Good luck deciding what to eat! I'll check your diary to see what you chose!0 -

It is a great high Protein / Low carb meal
This is the recipe I use http://www.food.com/recipe/dhingri-gosht-beef-with-bell-peppers-onions-and-mushrooms-380934
These are the substitutions I make:
I save some cal's by using 95% lean ground beef, I have used eye of round steak before
no cal cooking spray rather than oil
1 tbsp curry powder instead of leaves0 -
Spaghetti (whole wheat pasta) with turkey meatballs stuffed with mozarella cheese.
This sounds delish!! How do you get the cheese to stay inside the meatballs? Are they homemade or store bought?0
